Whether you’re looking for socks, boots, or want to pair them together, this collection has got options for everything. Saucy boots, cute socks, simple styles, and off-the-wall designs for all Sims.
1. Rimini Boots
Check Out This CC Madlen’s Rimini Boots are like a modernized take on Go-Go boots. They have that iconic skinny thigh high look, but with a slimmer and higher heel. Then SiimplyJessica went to town on them with recolors, and now they are even more stylish. It goes without saying that boots like this are sort of a statement piece. They are bold, powerful, and very striking. The swatches reflect that, and you can easily create a whole matching ensemble, or let them stand on their own.
2. Cable Knit Thigh Highs
Check Out This CC Man, who doesn’t love that cable knit look? To me, it always has a charming retro feel, like a callback to bulky ‘80s sweaters. That’s a good thing though. The thick texture is also what makes these thigh highs so darn cozy. All of these swatches can be a huge help when considering your Sim’s cold weather attire. I don’t know how women wore dresses year round before pants were the norm but these days, a gal needs some insulation. These simple thigh highs are perfect to use with skirts, dresses, and boots of any length.
3. Cinega Inspired Thigh High Boots
Check Out This CC When custom content is based on real-life creations, you know we’re in for a treat. These Jeffrey Campbell inspired boots are rather unique, especially for Sims. Almost the whole thing is bedazzled with these little gems, creating a design unlike anything currently in the game. The heel is also super duper thin. If any boots were made for walkin’, it’s these. Just two options are available: red or black, but they seem fitting for such an edgy style.
4. Sweet Socks
Check Out This CC With this socks set, you can bring a cute and trendy twist to your Sim’s wardrobe. The height of these socks are probably just what you’re looking for. They are typical thigh highs, so… they’re living up to their name! What makes them so special and wonderful would be the swatches. Don’t worry, there are some basic options that are just a solid color, with a slight knit texture. It’s the animal swatches that stand out, though. They’re insanely cute, and even Pusheen is featured!
5. Lulu Boots
Check Out This CC What Sentate has got here aren’t your average boots. These are decked out with belts. Some are fastened, some parts are hanging, but this overall look is one that’s very impressive. Adding these to your game means having something totally original for your Sims. Any outfit will take on a more daring feel thanks not just to the belts, but the exceptional leather design too. The 8 swatches are all pretty vivid, there’s no missing these boots no matter which one you go with.
6. Lace Stockings
Check Out This CC Lace is one thing Sims don’t get much of, tragically. It’s so lovely and delicate, whether we’re talking about blouses, dresses, or in this case, stockings. Aveira included two different versions. The first has more elaborate, intricate details with the lace trim, while the second keeps things a little simpler with a scalloped border. Either way, they are gorgeous. The 30 colors also give you the option to keep to classic lace colors like black or white, or branch out a little bit with brighter, more modern colors.
7. Trillyke’s Cozy Socks
Check Out This CC These may be pretty basic, but they do indeed look incredibly cozy. The knit texture is really well done. It’s hard to beat these if you want to add a fall and winter accessory to your game. For at least half the year, your Sim will be good to go on that front. There’s not much you can’t do with them, honestly. The broad color palette will allow players so much freedom and they’re just the right height for skirts, dresses, and even overalls.
8. Halloween Striped Thigh High Socks
Check Out This CC Is it even Halloween without a pair of distracting socks or tights? Not in my world! Any Spooky Day loving Simmer can benefit from adding these to their game. It’s just such a quick way to add a festive touch to an outfit, or even incorporate them into a costume. Witches have been wearing striped stockings all the way back to The Wizard of Oz, and probably before, so that’s definitely something to consider. Players without the Spooky Day pack definitely have to improvise so this is one way to do it!
9. Rainbow Socks
Check Out This CC To some, this may just look like tall white socks. Ah, but look near the top, there’s a rainbow! That’s what’s so awesome about them, and it’s definitely a step up from plain white. Sims will need to wear some pretty short shorts or skirts for the stripes to be visible but hey, there’s nothing wrong with that. Pride is a pretty big deal both in and out of The Sims. So incorporating it into the game isn’t hard. In fact, it’s quite fun!
10. Too-High Socks
Check Out This CC Someone saw tube socks and decided they should go all the way up past the knee, and then keep going a little more. That’s the brilliance of The Sims 4’s CC community. Pleyita thought outside of the box here, and honestly, I think the results were great. This is no doubt a unique style but the retro vibe is definitely there. These are one of the only options that can be worn by both men and women, so that’s a perk as well.
11. High Hope Boots
Check Out This CC Not all boots that are thigh high have to be high heeled. Sondescent’s design will keep your Sim grounded thanks to the very minimal heel height. These really look so sleek and Sims can enjoy them for so many different reasons. They actually wouldn’t be the worst thing to wear camping or to festivals, and they’re nice enough for both casual and formal events as well. Five simple swatches offer plenty of variety through solid red, white, black, brown, and gray options.
12. Olga Boots
Check Out This CC Finding heels much higher than this might be a bit of a chore. These are really, really high. It’s actually great to have this variety, since most base game boots are medium length. For those Sims who aren’t afraid to stand out, and prefer more mature fashion, Madlen’s Olga Boots are ideal. They’re skin tight, have a pointy toe, and have a dramatic flair in every way. Even the swatches mainly lean towards sensible, neutral shades like brown and gray, but there are some brighter ones too.
