Regardless, some of the most flashy and iconic designs are those royalty, in all the regal clothing and blinged-out headpieces. So if you want that same royalty in your Minecraft game, I’ve tracked down a bunch of skins you can use to strut your stuff as a king or queen. Hail to the King, baby!
1. Elf Queen
Check Out This Skin Many royalty skins are based in fantastical worlds – and this elf queen skin is among them. Looking like the prime depiction of noble regality and elven grace, this skin is perfect for any fantasy fans among the Minecraft fanbase. The gradients of blue highlighted with gold all complements the fair skin and hair. If you want to grace your next server with fantastical regality, this is certainly one way to go. Just be wary of any Nordic dwarves nearby.
2. Golden Queen
Check Out This Skin If you’re the type to appreciate minimal beauty in your royal ensemble, this skin is worth checking out. A simple skin for a simple queen: It features a clean white dress with gold trimming, simple gold bands on the hands and arms, and a simple golden crown tiara atop her gorgeous head. Along with the dirty blonde hair and bright blue eyes, this design leans towards Greco-Roman origin, without diving too much into the aesthetic. This is a prime skin for the minimalistic queen in your Minecrafter circle.
3. Lord of the Cube
Check Out This Skin We’re all still young at heart, right? Well this is for the younger kings out there that want to look more battle-ready than diplomatic. With fair skin and hair, light eyes, and a dark palette for the outfit, this design would blend in seamlessly with any medieval fantasy server. Plus with a simple tarnished crown, pauldron on one shoulder, and cape on the other, alongside the rugged leather boots, you can tell this is a very adventurous king. For the regal man that can’t be content with sitting on a throne all day, this skin screams “royal adventurer” to the highest of heavens.
4. The Emerald Queen
Check Out This Skin So this one is likely more named for the emerald-embezzled crown, but either way it’s a more minimalistic queen than the golden skin mentioned earlier. And we still get that Greco-Roman inspiration here as well. Wearing a plain white toga/dress and dark blonde hair in a loose braid, all alongside fair skin and light eyes, this is a bare bars queen. Not to mention it shows a bit more skin too, as the shoulders and one leg are in the open on the side. Scandalous! But with the most decorative feature being the golden crown showcasing that large emerald in the front, I’d say any royal can rock this casual style.
5. Royal King
Check Out This Skin As the most regal and showy of the skins on this list, this is the picture of medieval fantasy kings. Colorful, fancy robes, golden embellishments, finely trimmed facial hair, and a smashing crown on top. Yep, this design really feels like the true “King of all the Lands”. Any fine leader of a kingdom or army could wear this skin in its glory, and lead their Minecraft forces into the unknown (and hopefully to victory). Just make sure not to ruin that robe, my liege – dry cleaning bills are ridiculous today.
6. Evil Queen (Snow White)
Check Out This Skin What’s a list of royal skins without a bit of evil mixed in? And what more iconic queen could we feature besides the Evil Queen of Disney mythos? This features an accurate representation of the Evil Queen from the classic Disney animated movie “Snow White”, in all her purple and black glory. From the smoky purple eyeshadow and dress, to the dark cape and matte crown, this will stun on any server you pop into. Just watch out for falling rocks on your next spelunking adventure – just a warning.
7. Daenerys the Conqueror
Check Out This Skin “I will do what queens do. I will rule.” And rule you will, while kicking around in villages and caverns in this dark Daenerys skin! This is the closest & most accurate representation of The Dragon Queen Daenerys from Game of Thrones that I’ve seen to date (in Minecraft). From the light off-white hue of the hair and skin, to the dark eyes and equally dark warrior queen ensemble, this high fantasy skin is fitting for the more ruthless and cunning queens. Slap this on and lead your tamed dragons to victory and conquest. Even Creepers will bow to The Dragon Queen!
8. King Pig Noah
Check Out This Skin You can probably tell that this is a mix of intriguing and hilarious. You get a nice dapper ensemble with a blingy crown, muted colors, and a… pig face? That’s right, King Noah here is pork royalty. And your villagers will respect him as a leader of those succulent livestock you’ve kept locked up in fences for eons. And to prove his top tier position, this high-brow hog even brandishes large tusks from beneath his snout to show his age. While the pig face does throw one through a loop, the skin is still very stylish – and more than suitable for Minecraft royalty to don. Onwards to free the swine from their wooden prisons – in the name of King Noah!
9. Wandering King
Check Out This Skin Having royalty willing to go out on adventures hasn’t been a thing since the olden days of King Arthur. Now they sit around being boring political figures. Well no more of that in the confines of Minecraft, where even kings can wander the expanses of any world. This particular design is very humble for a king, but it’s also what one would think of royalty fitted to traverse such distances as those in Minecraft. Wearing only a simple silver crown and the best travelling clothes in the land, all while keeping dark hair groomed and in place, this regal hero is ready to take on the hordes of undead and the deepest pits of the Nether. Venture on, my liege!
10. EnderKing
Check Out This Skin In my searches for Minecraft skins of royalty, nothing else has struck me as so fitting in both design and lore. This Enderman King skin is deceivingly simple. But it bears its weight in diamonds considering how fitting it is for a Minecraft setting. This EnderKing is embellished in iron, gold, and purple cloth, likely dyed by the native chorus fruit of The End – all of which compliment his pitch-black skin and stunning purple eyes. The is a king more than fitting for the role of hero in many tales in Minecraft. You’ll be exploring into the expanses of the Overworld, Nether, and beyond, all in a skin that truly feels canon.
