All types of trolls drop at least 1 sample of Troll Fat. These trolls can be found in the wilderness, underground caves, and in Dwarven ruins. The East Empire Company Warehouse A total of 17 samples of Troll Fat can be found and stolen in this location....

There are also 2 flowers in Castle Volkihar’s courtyard after you finish the main quest of the Dawnguard questline. These yellow flowers were added by the Dawnguard DLC, and they have the alchemical effects of Resist Poison, Fortify Restoration, Fortify Health, and Damage Stamina Regen. How To Get To Ancestor Glade The Ancestor Glade is a new location that was added in the Dawnguard DLC. This area contains a lot of alchemy ingredients, such as Hanging Moss, Dragon’s Tongue, Red and Blue Mountain Flowers, and of course, the Yellow Mountain Flower....

Another option is to fight Master Coeurls in the Omega Ruins. They drop Lv. 1 spheres as a common drop, so that’s one other way to farm them. You can also obtain Lv. 1 Key Spheres from chests on the Mi’ihen Highroad, Moonflow, Lake Macalania, and on Mt. Gagazet. But those are just one-time chests so they’re not repeatable. The Chocobo Eater story boss also drops some, and that’s also likely the earliest time you can get any, but that’s also a one-time fight....
